Why do I have problems resetting my password, and why are some of my settings in the administration area not applied?

The browser feature "Autofill" can possible change / overwrite input you make in LOLYO, so that you do not get the desired result even after repeatedly changing data such as passwords or other texts. Not only texts, but also "checkmarks" for activating / deactivating various options can be affected, see screenshot:

Tip: Use LOLYO with a browser installation in which autocomplete is disabled so that your inputs are not automatically overwritten.


Deactivate autofill function

Google Chrome:

Step 1:

Click on the 3-dot icon to go to Settings.

Step 2:

Now select the Autofill item on the left side.

Step 3:

Deactivate the Autofill option at Passwords, Payment methods und Addresses and more.

Mozilla Firefox:

Step 1:

Click on the menu button to go to Settings.

Step 2:

Now select Privacy & Security on the left side.

Step 3:

In the Logins and Passwords area, uncheck the Autofill logins and passwords option.
