1. Activate Request access data

Navigate to Settings -> User.

Change Activate request access data from No to Yes.
Enter a valid email address to which the login data request should be sent. Enter any text you want to be displayed for the users at Request access data Linkname and Request access data Text.

2. Request login data

If the four fields have been filled in correctly, a new button will appear on the login page.

Via this button, users can now send a request to reapply for their login data.
