Feedback and contact forms can be created in the Custom Pages. More information on how to create a Custom Page can be found here.
In the administration area, select Pages & Menu. Click Create a Site here.
Enter a page title and select 00 Normal content page as the page type. Also set the icon, the status and the groups for which the page should be visible. After that, click Save.
Click Add Content in the top left corner and select Feedback Form.
Please enter the Recipient email address to which the feedback or contact form should be sent as well as a Subject.
