In this example, we want to show you how LOLYO makes it possible to automatically send employees a message if they have not been logged into LOLYO for more than 7 days.
First, we create a new automation in the administration menu. We select daily as the interval, as the conditions should be checked again every day / or the action should be executed every day.
As a condition, we define in step 2 that the action should be executed if the date of the last login is older than 7 days.
Define which action should be taken if the conditions apply. For example, a chat message.
Finally, we specify that the action can be executed indefinitely and activate it.
