How can the visibility of extended profile fields in the contact list be set?

You can configure the visibility for each extended profile field individually.

In the administration menu, navigate to Settings -> Extended profile.

How to activate the extended profile?

Create a new field or edit a previously created one. Change the Visibility to Public (all employees).


Visibility (Contact): No

The field is not displayed in the contact list.


Visibility (Contact): Yes, in the same line

The field is displayed in one line.


Visibility (Contact): Yes, with line break

The field is displayed with a line break.


Visibility (Contact): Searchable only

The field is not displayed in the contact list, but the entered values can still be searched for.
