Chat options can be restricted using the contact list.

Step 1:

Click Group in the Administration menu.

Step 2:

Click on the pencil icon to edit the respective group.

Step 3:

Click on the checkmark of the respective group to allow chatting with the employees of the group.
With the employees of the groups for which the checkmark is not activated, no chat can now take place.
