How can I add an additional mandatory checkbox for the employees?

After the first login, each employee must confirm the data protection regulations once. You can additionally activate a third checkbox and put in your desired text.


Step 1:

Go to the administration area under Settings -> Texts and select the item Data Privacy extra text.

Here you can insert the desired text. It will appear underneath the two already existing checkboxes.

Step 2:

Go to Settings -> Users and activate the option Enable data privacy extra text checkbox confirmation.

Once this option is activated, the mandatory third checkbox will appear during the login process.
