A broadcast is similar to a chat message, with the difference that messages can be sent to many employees with one click, but the response to a broadcast message is only sent back to the administrator of the broadcast group.

To enable the broadcast feature for specific groups, please follow these steps.

Step 1:

In the administration menu, go to Settings. There click on Chat.

Step 2:

Now click on the pencil icon at the Show Broadcast setting.

Step 3:

Now select the desired groups for which the broadcast function should be available and Save.

Note that changes to these kind of settings can take up to 10 minutes to take effect.
