What files can be sent via chat?

The following file types can be sent via chat as attachments:
- Common image files, e.g.: JPG, PNG, etc.
- Common video files, e.g.: MP4, MKV, etc.
- Documents such as CSV, PDF, etc.
- Other file types: ZIP files
